The service

TillProof helps businesses record and reconcile cash, POS and card totals. It is an operational aid, not accounting, tax, legal or audit advice.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for verifying entered and extracted figures, retaining source documents when required, managing staff access and deciding whether a discrepancy is acceptable. TillProof may suggest likely payment-method mistakes; those suggestions are inferences rather than proof.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Pricing and included limits are shown before checkout. Billing is handled by Stripe. Unless required by law, charges for an already-started billing period are not automatically refundable.

Availability and data

We design TillProof to preserve close history and revisions, but no online service can promise uninterrupted availability. Customers should periodically export records important to their statutory obligations.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, access another organization without permission, or upload malicious material.
